Eltham Festival

The sun was shining in Eltham Town yesterday for the annual Rotary Festival.

17 members of our ENPS Wildlife Conservation Club volunteered to represented our school & run our stall. They shared stories with the public about their club experiences making possum boxes, hanging bird feeders & learning about endangered wildlife & how to protect them.

Loads of succulent pots were sold. The highlight for students was rattling the Snug-a-Snake containers for donations towards Mrs Hocking, Miss Twomey & Mr Foley's competition to see who will snuggle a snake at assembly on Monday 20 November.

Congratulations Annabelle Naim for winning our guessing competition.

Many thanks to Rotary for a fabulous festival & to our dedicated PFA for assisting students with this leadership opportunity.
