Prep Art highlights
Submitted by David F on Sat, 13/06/2009 - 18:05.Our Prep students have been very busy in the art room this term experimenting, exploring and discovering new skills and techniques with paint and colour. Students have used a variety of tools and techniques while at the same time experimenting and learning all about colour and colour mixing. Our art sessions usually begin by looking at an artist’s works and discussing the processes used in the artworks. Then it is ‘hands on’, as we explore, experiment and practice new techniques to create our own artworks.

Using their hands as tools, Matias and Nate are exploring different techniques to make marks with paint. Our Preps are well drilled in art room routines, so cleaning up is not a problem!
