Submitted by David F on Tue, 02/06/2009 - 10:11.The music room has been transformed into scenes from the circus as Prep to 2 have started their production ‘Step right up’, held next term Monday the 24th August. Each class have been working very hard learning their set song and creating their characters. ‘Step right up’ follows the journey of four school students through the circus, where they meet different animals, overcome fears and have the time of their life. They also pass through magicians, acrobats, dancers and watch the fantastic circus show held in the circus tent.

Friday 5th June was World Environment Day. The purpose of this day is co-operative learning based around the notion that together, we can make little changes that will positively impact on our environment. This is based on this year’s theme: ‘Your Planet Needs YOU! Unite to Combat Climate Change.’

Our journey ~ as seen through our mural work
Submitted by David F on Tue, 26/05/2009 - 16:39.
In 2004 Mary Lou Pittard (Eltham based potter)
worked with our students to produce a huge mural
that features on the sleeper wall in the Rest A While Shelter.
Have you seen it? The mural depicts many of the special
events that occured over the years and we thought
we'd include some photos of it for our friends in the
Eltham and wider community to view. Enjoy the journey.
