During weeks 4 - 6 in the Bounce Back Program, we are starting our unit on ‘Courage’. In this unit, Courage is not presented as the absence of fear or distress. Courage is defined as the capacity to face threatening or difficult situations that cause fear or distress, without giving in to those feelings. It is a state of mind that enables us to try to overcome fear with some degree of confidence. Courage is an important life skill that can help young people be more resilient when faced with adversity. The focus of the unit is on:
Boot Camp for 5/6 Classes

Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds! That’s the attitude of the grade 5/6 students at Eltham North this year. In term one, students started a BOOT CAMP! Ten teams take part in ten activities every Monday morning, competing against each other and the clock.

School Community Project – Sunday 24th May

The aim of this project was to complete all work tasks commenced in the project in March.
Some of the specific tasks completed included:
Installing plastic sheeting on the pergola
Level the ground under the pergola
