Submitted by David F on Tue, 05/05/2009 - 12:42.Numeracy Information Night. This night was run on Tuesday 5th May to give parents an insight as to how children developmentally learn and the correct process for teaching the four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. This information night always generates a lot of discussion and was very informative. Parents went home feeling empowered and more confident to help their children with their learning and understanding of the correct process and terminology used in each of the four operations.
Parents received a presentation handout. Download the powerpoint presentation.
