Computer Technology Overview

Our school demonstrates the ongoing commitment to technological programs and equipment. We vigorously pursue delivery of our Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) strategy. In respect to hardware provision, the school operates a lab of workstations in the library and 4 – 5 mac computers in every classroom. At the commencement of 2009 we had 10 mac books placed into 5/6 room 22  and there was another upgrade of 20 systems for classrooms.

All 22 classrooms have Interactive tablets, Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) data projectors and speaker sound systems. There are 11 touch screens in rooms. We purchased 3 Mimmio systems for classrooms mid year 2008. The fit out of this innovative technology is expensive but a thoroughly justified investment.
