Out of School Hours Care program
Eltham North Primary School is committed to providing an Out of School Hours Care program that provides high quality care for our students. Students are cared for in a well supervised environment which offers a broad range of stimulating and enjoyable indoor and outdoor activities. They are able to choose from a range of different art activities, board games, free play and team games outdoor or simply chill out.
Activities are developmentally appropriate and assist in the creative, emotional and physical development of our students. The OSHC team and staff welcome regular communication with our families regarding their child’s individual needs.
For all NEW families wanting to enrol at OSHC please locate the Xplor enrolment form by clicking on the Enrol button located on the right hand side. Your booking requests will be automatically submitted to the service for approval providing there is availability on your required day/s.
Annual Family Registration fee – $30 per year

Vacation Care Program
The process for Vacation Care has recently changed. Families are no longer able to make bookings online without upfront payment. Bookings are not secured without this payment. Days within the program may have limited availability or may not proceed if sufficient enrolments are not received. Vacation Care bookings will close two weeks prior to the end of each Term. At this time families will be notified if the program is not proceeding or certain days within the program are not going ahead.
Each student will need to bring:
- fruit snack
- snack
- lunch
- water
And a broad-brim sun hat in Terms 1 and 4.
(If lunch is not required this will be indicated on the Vacation Care calendar.)
Please note : Vacation Care cancellations are only accepted with a valid Doctors Certificate.

Fee Conditions/Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations can be made through the Xplor booking system and will need to be received by 6.00pm of the Friday prior to the booking you are wanting to cancel.
Students are to be collected from the program no later than 6.00 pm. Should circumstances arise that pick-up is delayed the Co-ordinator must be advised. Students must be signed out of the program by a Parent/Guardian or nominated emergency contact over the age of 16 years. After 6pm a fee of $1 per minute per child will be charged.
